Salt & Pepper Mix
Mix 2 tablespoons of Salt & Pepper mix with 1 cup cornflour & 4 egg whites, mix Well.
Lightly Coat 1 kg seafood with batter and deep fry in batches until cooked through.
Great with Calamari, Prawns, Crab o Fish.
Note: Using egg whites only is the secret to making the salt and pepper mix stick to the seafood.
