This mixture of finely ground spices is often used to season lamb, seafood, chicken beef lamb and soups.
Additionally, it may be used as a condiment, to add more flavour after a meal has been prepared.
It would be a great combination in a slow cooker recipe.
Method: Mix 2 tablespoons of blend 1/4 cup olive oil. Rub onto meat and BBQ or roast.
Can also be used as a dry rub and sprinkled directly onto the meat
Ingredients: Pepper, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin cardamom, paprika, nutmeg.
