2 Medium Onions (chopped)

410 Gram Can Tomatoes (Chopped                                   )

1 Cup Coconut Milk

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Fresh Coriander Leaves – to Garnish – Optional

?    Add Meat - Stir Well to Coat & seal meat

?    Add sugar (optional) this will sweeten the dish

?    Add Coconut Milk – Simmer for 5-10 minutes – till Sauce Thickens Slightly

SANDY’S TIP: Serve with Rice – Sprinkle Coriander Leaves Over Curry

Slow Cooker Method: When using a slow cooker, follow the usual method, transferring the meat, onions & spice blend to cooker when mixed. Then add chopped tomatoes, mix well.  Coconut milk should not be added till near the end of cooking time.  So best to judge then, how much coconut milk you will require, depending on how saucy you would like the dish.  Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with Coriander leaves to serve.
