Hot Jamaican Jerk Rub
Use 2 Tablespoons of rub to coat
1kgs Chicken, Turkey, Pork, or Goat
Method: Mix with 2 tablespoon olive oil,
Optional -2 tablespoon cider vinegar &
2 tablespoon lime juice.
You can add 1 teaspoon of Tabasco
to make hotter if desired.
Mix to a paste & coat meat,
Marinate 1 hour and
oven bake in hot oven or BBQ on the Grill.
Ingredients: Garlic Onion cayenne paprika chilli thyme parsley pepper salt sugar cinnamon nutmeg allspice.
