Southern Chicken Blend is one of the Favourites with my family.

We use it as a dry rub or add a little olive oil and rub into chicken.

It is great with chicken wings for a finger food party.

It is like KFC without the oil.  You can dry fry, oven bake or BBQ using this blend.  It is Delicious!!!

Southern chicken, gets hotter the more you use, I would call this a medium blend.  It you want to take down the heat mix with a little cornflour and then coat your chicken pieces.

Ingredients: Curry powder, nutmeg, cayenne, paprika, dried garlic, dried parsley, salt.

Mix with cornflour to make a crunchy coating on your chicken pieces.  It can be shallow fried in Coconut oil.  Baked in the oven with a sprinkle of olive oil over the top or grilled on the BBQ.   Your children will love it, mine do...
