Sweet Chilli Rub

A sweet, but not too sweet rub that is great with meat poultry seafood and vegies.  Rub into corn cobs and drizzle with a little olive oil or melted butter when ready to grill.

Ingredients: Brown sugar, chilli, dried garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, pepper, salt.

Sweet Chilli Rub

Use as a rub on varius meats and vegies.  Sprinkle on root vegies then roast in the oven.  Or on Cauliflour flourettes and bake in the oven.  They will be crisy and delicious.  A great finger food idea.

Or

Simply rub into the meat or vegetables then let marinate for 15 mins.  Shallow fry, roast in the oven or grill on your BBQ

It is a delicious blend, which would make a great finger food addition to chicken pieces.
