Tandoori Spice Blend - Mild Indian Blend

Tandoori is generally used in India in a Tandoor Oven.  - If we don't have one of those, best to shallow fry, oven bake or BBQ for best results.

Ingredients Coriander, ginger, dried onion, chilli, garam masala, cumin, paprika, salt.

Made in Australia with Australian and imported ingredients.

Tandoori Spice Blend is a mild Indian blend

Use 1 -2 tablespoon with 1 cup yoghurt to make Marinade

Mix chicken, lamb, beef, or vegetables in yoghurt/spice mix leave to marinate overnight if possible otherwise a few hours.

Grill on BBQ, oven bake or shallow fry.

Serve with minted yoghurt sauce. (in recipe section of website)
