BBQ Rub - Mild

This is a great all round spice blend for the BBQ or roasting.

It can be used on chicken, lamb or beef. It has the smokey flavour of sweet paprika.

BBQ Rub

For  Chicken Beef or Lamb

Suggestions:

Mix 2 Tablespoons blend with1 Kg of Chicken, Beef or Lamb.

Cover and Refrigerate for 30 mins

Cook on BBQ roast or grill.

Ingredients:

Paprika, sea salt, garlic, sugar, oregano, pepper, cinnamon, ginger
