Mexican Spice Blend - Medium

This is a great blend to use in all your mexican meals.

Can be used with beef, chicken, vegetables, beans and rice.

MEXICAN SPICE BLEND

1 KG Minced Beef or Steak
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, 1 Onion-diced
1 capsicum-diced, 1 x 400 gram can tomatoes
1 cup beef stock, 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
1 x 400 gram can red kidney beans – optional
Method: Put 2 tablespoons spice blend in heated
pan with olive oil-Cook for 2 mins, Add Onion
Add mince, brown till cooked through
Add capsicum, tomato paste ,tomatoes
Stock- Simmer over low heat for 30 mins.
Add Drained kidney beans (optional)
Cook for further 15 mins
