- All orders will be processed within 48hours of receipt of payment.
- Australia Post is used for delivery of all goods throughout Australia
- Estimate time of delivery is within 5-7 working days upon processing of the order, depending on your location and Australia Post of course.
- International customers please contact The Spice Mill via Email prior to completing online shopping.
- We shall not be liable for failure or any delays in delivery where this is beyond our reasonable control.
Return & Refund
- Please choose your products carefully as the purchased items are non- refundable. We are unable to exchange any products due to the perishable nature of these products.
- In the event that you have received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately via email.
- The relevant product should be returned by post along with a brief explanation of the fault/damage and in its original packaging and the state received.
- Upon receipt of the returned products, we will examine and access the nature of fault/damage at our discretion. Once the fault/damage is established, we will resend a new replacement at no delivery cost to you or alternatively refund the full amount into your nominated account using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
